Female-fronted industrial-rock quartet I:Scintilla return in 2009 with a brand new EP, Prey On You. After the critical and commercial success of their previous album, Optics, and their 3-month U.S. tour and festival appearances, the anticipation is quite high to see where the band goes next. The second full-length album sees the band exploring new sounds and traversing genres while maintaining an emphasis on sophisticated songwriting. Brittany Bindrim's voice soars on the epic opening track, "Cursive Eve", and she never looks back. The quartet shows off its polished new sound with sexy dance-rock ("Ultravioletfly", "Machine Vision") and club-friendly synthpop ("Melt", "Toy Soldier").
